Happy New Year!
My professor cancelled class for last evening so I got to race in the the April Series.
I was met at the storage shed by Jim Wells who greeted me with the traditional "Happy New Year!"
Sky was overcast, the winds were easterly. 10-12 mph perhaps.
This is the first time I've used the new GPS76map GPS in a race. It got the advantage of having enough memory to record a track point for each second without running out of memory.
I wish I had sailed better, we had a poor start and the boat just didn't really get up and go. I'm not sure what the problem was.
